Title: Empowering Employees to Become Better Healthcare Consumers

Employees are asked to make important healthcare decisions every day, but many don’t fully understand how their health plan works or how their choices can impact both their own out-of-pocket costs and the overall performance of the employer’s health plan. Lauren will discuss practical ways HR professionals can help employees better navigate their benefits and become more informed healthcare consumers. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas for improving employee benefits education throughout the year and creating a more consumer-driven approach that can positively impact both employees and the long-term performance of the health plan.
