" How to take total advantage of the special skillsets of candidates and employees"

Brief Summary:

Those candidates who are super or hyper focused can bring so much to the table, yet interviewers can't get past the awkward no touching, and lack of eye contact. Many people (as much as 44% according to a local documentation) are unemployed due to needing an accommodating office setting.  Let’s get you ready to dim the lights & reduce the noise for a beneficial work setting- and a more productive employee and profitable working environment.

HR Specific Learning objectives:

  1. Recruiting for skillsets that are often overlooked
  2. Working with interviewers to see the benefits candidates bring to the table
  3. Internal skillsets that may have been overlooked.  What do your current employees need or better yet, want?!?
