Values-Based approach on how we treat and investigate incidents.
Objectives:
- Verbalize and give an example of Just Culture’s five behaviors and three duties.
- Identify an opportunity to talk about Just Culture with healers.
- Identify a minimum of two of the five Threshold Investigation questions.
- With the help of the algorithm, successfully walk through a situation and arrive at a Just Culture decision.
