"How to Reduce Burnout and Improve Employee Retention"

Overview:

Employee burnout and disengagement are no longer isolated issues—they are real organizational risks. This session will examine practical, people-centered strategies to increase employee engagement while reducing burnout. Blending theory with real-world application, this session focuses on what HR can influence most: organizational systems, business practices, employee capabilities, and culture. Attendees will gain actionable tools and strategies you can apply to support employee well-being, strengthen engagement, and create more sustainable and motivating work environments.

Objectives:

  1. Identify frequent causes of employee burnout
  2. Examine strategies for improving workplace enjoyment and sustainability
  3. Recommend strategies for valuing employee retention
