"Generative AI: Microsoft Copilot" 

This session introduces Generative AI through the lens of Microsoft Copilot, focusing on how it enhances productivity, supports decision-making, and respects enterprise-grade security and compliance. Tailored for HR professionals, managers, and supervisors, the presentation demystifies AI and showcases how Copilot can be a trusted partner in daily work.

    • Recorded P-Card demo (4-minute video)
    • Live Word demo: Ask Copilot to generate a policy draft or onboarding checklist

Presenter: Frederick Cooper


Frederick Cooper is a Senior Automation & Productivity Applications Engineer at OG&E, where he leads innovation across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform stacks, including Microsoft Copilot. He holds certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, and Microsoft Generative AI, and is currently expanding his expertise through certification in SAP Business Technology Platform.

Frederick is passionate about using technology to solve problems and uplift communities. He serves in leadership roles as Technology and Communication Chair for OG&E’s MRG, Communications Chairman for the AABE OK Chapter, and IT General Technology lead for the Nzuri Foundation. He’s also an active member of the Oklahoma City Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

A proud graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma (B.S.) and OSU-OKC (A.S.), Frederick is currently funding internet access for a school in Chimala, Tanzania to help bring technology and education to underserved students. Whether improving processes or building new solutions, he’s driven by a passion for innovation and service.
