Title: DISC Model Training
Objectives:
The DISC Model outlines four primary styles of communication and behavior. In this session, we will look at an overview of the four styles and discuss ways we can utilize this framework to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness in coaching and working with others.
Bio:
Chris serves as the Coaching Delivery Manager of Arvest Bank’s Training and Coaching department. With over 14 years of experience in the banking industry, Chris has spent the past 4 ½ years coaching associates on building deeper relationships through effective communication. As an Extended DISC - certified instructor, Chris utilizes the DISC framework to help managers and associates understand their own unique behavioral and communication styles, as well as how to assess and respond to the needs of others in order to achieve the greatest possible outcomes in teamwork and customer service.
