Hired to Inspired is an workshop that explores the employee lifecycle—from attraction and recruitment through development, retention, and transition—and shows how each stage supports organizational strategy. Participants will learn to align talent management with business goals, boost engagement, and foster a thriving culture to transform lifecycle management into a strategic advantage that drives growth and long-term success.

Learning objectives:   

  • Learn the links between org strategy and  culture; 
  • Explore the stages of employee life; 
  • Develop best in class practices that advance workplace culture; 
  • Create a "to do" list of things to be done today to prepare the org for tomorrow
