Leonard Court Award of Excellence
Honoring exceptional achievement in Human Resource Management, this award is presented annually at our State Conference. It recognizes a professional who exemplifies SHRM’s mission of:
Serving the HR Professional (STP)
Advancing the Profession (ATP)
Demonstrating leadership and expertise within and outside of their organization
Acting as a role model and thought leader in HR
SHRM OK Belonging Award
This award recognizes professionals who have made a lasting impact in fostering belonging and inclusion within their organization and community. Honorees exemplify the principles of:
Commitment to creating inclusive workplaces
Championing belonging, equity, and opportunity for all
Demonstrating leadership in initiatives that support a culture of belonging
Sharing knowledge and expertise to promote meaningful change
SHRM OK Emerging Leader Award
Celebrating rising stars in HR, this award recognizes professionals with five years or less of HR experience who have already made a significant impact. Eligibility includes:
Active SHRM membership and a local Oklahoma Chapter member
Demonstrated leadership and contributions to HR or SHRM OK
Outstanding potential for continued growth and leadership
Preferably holds an HR certification from HRCI or SHRM
Has not previously received this award
Joy and Kyle Killingsworth Volunteer Leader of the Year Award
This award honors HR professionals who go beyond their roles to make a meaningful impact in their communities. It recognizes individuals who:
Demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service
Utilize their HR expertise to give back in impactful ways
Inspire others through leadership and volunteerism
Balance excellence in HR with a strong spirit of service
Heart of HR Award
Recognizing HR professionals who extend their service beyond the HR industry, this award honors those making a difference in non-profit organizations. Honorees are those who:
Volunteer their HR expertise to support non-profits
Provide guidance in HR-related matters for community organizations
Take on leadership roles in fundraising or strategic planning
Dedicate their time, talent, and resources to causes they believe in
Lumineer Award
Celebrating HR professionals with a legacy of excellence and service, this award is given to individuals who have at least five years of dedicated contributions to the HR profession. Honorees are recognized for:
Being a go-to resource and mentor in HR
Offering guidance and solutions to HR challenges
Acting as a connector and network builder within the profession
Exemplifying a commitment to lifting others and advancing HR
