SHRM Muskogee June Event: Growth Through Change: Make Meaningful Progress

SHRM Muskogee is thrilled to announce that Monica Scott will be speaking at our upcoming event!

Monica works with individuals and organizations to make meaningful progress and shape value-based cultures. She speaks, writes, and leads with a passionate commitment to see others find fulfillment and success.

Monica's leadership and speaking portfolio spans two decades. A director and executive in the non-profit sector for 17 years, alumni of SCU in Bethany, Oklahoma, and now a team member of Hawks Agency's speaking and consulting team since 2021. Monica has layers of experience mentoring leaders, building teams, and inspiring individuals at every age and stage of life and business. As a result of her work people often say they feel understood, are equipped with a plan for progress, and are inspired to conquer what lies ahead of them.

Her keynote speaking style is fun and inspiring. Her heart and humor will have your audience smiling, laughing, and thoughtfully motivated to seize opportunities and take their next step of progress!.

Learning Objectives:

• Equip leaders with tools to optimize and strategize the implementation of changes, and to reach goals for achieving student success.
• Understand the quick and applicable 3 step process to apply meaningful progress to future change, growth, and "One Team" progress.
• Celebrate and highlight the progress and improvements employees have and continue to make, including but not limited to those embodying all three qualities of Ideal Team Players (Humble, Hungry, Smart).

This program is pending approval for 1 hour re-certification credit hours toward SHRM for Professional Development Credits (PDCs).
